In this speech, I will present and give a brief outline of two AI research projects currently running at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
First, I will present the Ymnodos project, which aims at the creation of AI software for the recognition of Orthodox Church hymns and the provision of information to users about them.
Next, I will discuss the SmartEmbryo project, which integrates AI and computer vision to develop a complete software that will indicate which fetus is most suitable for the coveted pregnancy.
Prerequisites on audience: machine learning and deep learning basics.
Target audience: everyone with basic machine learning knowledge.
