Rukhsar holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, and currently works as a digital content moderator.
Originally from Afghanistan, she now lives in Greece and is an alumna of the non-profit Sistech's programmes. Her previous work experience includes language interpretation in Greece's humanitarian sector. Rukhsar is pursuing a career as a Cybersecurity analyst.

The discussion will focus on analyzing the role DEI policies and innovative ecosystems play in determining the future career paths, successful integration and progress for women, particularly those from displaced communities, who enter the job market within the Greek tech industry. Participants will have the chance to hear the different experiences and challenges faced by the two fellows, as well as the support they received from their peers, HR professionals and mentors they encountered along the way.
