Rafaela Mavridaki is an HR professional and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

With experience in Talent acquisition and recruitment, primarily in IT companies, her interest in communication and marketing has found common ground in the field of Employer Branding. With a passion for creating Employer Branding in companies, Rafaela is particularly interested in enhancing the reputation of organizations, using marketing techniques and tools to achieve goals such as talent attraction, retention and employee engagement.

She has developed and implemented effective Employer Branding creation strategies. Simultaneously, she volunteers to coordinate and train a branch group of more than 21,000 marketing professionals on HR-related topics. She is also involved in gender equality issues in the labour market and has been an active volunteer with the Women On Top organization since 2019.
