Poly Panou is a professional in the field of Human Resources and an Accredited Coach by ICF. She began her professional journey in the finance and supply chain sector, but her passion for HR quickly won her over.

She holds equivalent degrees from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a specialization in Business English from Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Additionally, she has worked in multinational corporations in Greece and abroad in the field of services and goods. Today, she works as an HR Manager in the industrial sector, specifically at Cenergy Holdings, where she is involved in the entire HR cycle, with a special interest in Talent Management, Engagement, Retention of Talent (EVP), DEI, and Business Coaching.

Her involvement in solution-focused coaching has helped her, as well as her coaches, empower their abilities for further improvement in their performance in all areas of their professional and personal lives.
