Mike is a Regional Sales Manager & part of the Leadership Team for Southeast Europe at Microsoft. He leads a team of experienced solution specialists across Adriatics, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Israel, Turkey to help customers and partners transform and unlock what's next by leveraging the power of AI Copilots + Data + intelligent Business Applications (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform), including Low Code tools.
Prior to his current role, he spent a decade in several sales roles at Microsoft, focusing on digital transformation projects in organizations across all industries. Before joining sales, he was a marketeer at Google and a startup builder working on his own initiatives. His education includes an MSc in Tech & Mgmt Science, a BSc in International Economics, and a variety of certifications from leading institutions such as INSEAD or Challenger Inc.
During his tenure at Microsoft, he has achieved consecutive highest attainments in CEE/EMEA, secured dozens of new logos, and received multiple awards for his performance and contribution, becoming a member of the company's premier Platinum Club. Mike also engages with C-level executives and key decision-makers, providing them with strategic guidance and value proposition. His mission is to lead his team to success while helping customers and partners drive change and create impact with modern technology solutions. When not in meetings, you can usually find him with scuba equipment on his back, a snowboard under his feet, or a drone & boarding pass to the next unexplored destination in his hands.
