Matina is a Security Manager and Cyber Protection Lead for Greece & Cyprus at Accenture.

With over 15 years of professional experience in Digital Security, Matina has obtained a strong technical background in Cloud Security Architecture and Cyber Protection. She holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and Networks, an MBA in Telecoms, and an MSc in Digital Systems Security.

Driven by her passion for Security and Cloud technologies, Matina has acquired multiple certifications in these fields and actively shares her expertise through conference presentations and publications, including authoring RFC 6137 - The Network Trouble Ticket Data Model. Her commitment to advancing the security field as well as fostering the women-led initiatives is reflected in her mentoring role with Women4Cyber, where she inspires and supports the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

In 2018, Matina received the Business Excellence Award for developing the Audit-Runner, a pioneering Nokia DevSecOps tool, during her tenure as a Security Principal Architect at Nokia.
