Maria Kassotaki has a proven record in the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment field since 2012, while she has been working in the IT Recruitment field for the past 11 years, for both local and international roles.

She has studied Business Administration in the Athens University of Economics and Business and has attended various trainings for recruitment, people management and development, mentorship and coaching.

She currently holds the role of Netcompany-Intrasoft’s Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, managing a multinational team of successful Talent Acquisition Specialists, in Greece and Belgium.
