George is the PEGA Chapter Lead at Vodafone Greece, where he has led the formation and upskilling of a new team, transforming complex business requirements into robust technical solutions on the PEGA platform.
During his tenure, he has successfully championed over 50 projects, building strong stakeholder relationships across various business units. George's work reflects his commitment to driving growth and operational excellence through strategic collaboration and deep technical expertise. His roles as a BPM Developer and later as a Solution Architect have been pivotal in implementing multiple integrations and use cases on the PEGA platform.
In addition, George has nearly 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, where he began his career in software engineering. This experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of both back-end and front-end systems and frameworks.
He holds a BSc in Information Technology from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and is certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and SAFe® 5 Agilist.
