Observability in the Cloud and the MELT stack

We’ll start by understanding the different application lifecycle and data flows in cloud-native applications, in order to understand the changing needs of modern observability. We’ll go through the 4 basic telemetry types, MELT (metrics, events, logs, traces), and how these can be implemented with modern tools (CNCF) on distributed systems.
