Faranak, a Data Analyst from Iran and an Alba Business School graduate, has a strong background in entrepreneurship and accounting.
Currently based in Greece, she works with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) as a cultural mediator and health promoter, collaborating with teams to analyze trends and develop sustainable health initiatives. Faranak is dedicated to building a career in data analysis.

The discussion will focus on analyzing the role DEI policies and innovative ecosystems play in determining the future career paths, successful integration and progress for women, particularly those from displaced communities, who enter the job market within the Greek tech industry.
