Eleni Aktypi is the Managing Director of WE LEAD, a nonprofit organization founded by Libra Philanthropies in 2023 to empower women to shape the future of everything, starting with the tech industry. With the vision of a world where all women - cisgender and transgender - have equal opportunities to enter, grow, and lead in the technology sector, WE LEAD offers a holistic career development program that gives participants the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

Prior to her current role, Eleni worked as a Head of Marketing and Communications at Dialectica, a fast-growing information services company with offices across the world. Before that, she was leading the global communication strategy of Blueground, a real estate tech company that re-invents the way people experience big-city living.

She started her career at PR agencies when she was working with big corporations on their communications strategies. Eleni holds a diploma in Negotiations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
