Dr. Donia ElKateb has more than 19 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field, encompassing a spectrum of roles from hands-on technical tasks to research, advisory, and managerial responsibilities. Presently, she is leading some key projects in the Cybersecurity Division at the European Investment Bank.

She has been working more than 8 years in National Certification authorities in Luxembourg & Tunisia where she developed an expertise in Public Key Infrastructure, digital signature, authentication solutions and digital identities.

Dr. ElKateb holds a PhD in Computer Sciences from the Interdisciplinary Center for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) at the University of Luxembourg. She remains at the forefront of her field with active CISSP and CEH certifications and has enriched the scholarly community with multiple research publications.
