During the 2 days of the OpenConf you will have the opportunity to visit the Coaching Clinic that will be held and facilitated by the Agile Coaching Practice Greece, a Scrum Alliance endorsed User Group that is founded by accredited Agile and Professional Coaches.
The Coaching Clinic is a safe space for coaching and mentoring where everybody can come to receive personalized and relevant coaching for whatever issues they face. It is a great way to get Coaching and Mentoring from accredited professionals and get new ideas on topics about your personal and/or professional journey.
You can discuss any areas you are interested - technical practices, organizational change, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Coaching, and topics such as managing your workflow, your time, or anything that affects your personal/professional wellbeing. The Coaching Clinic will be available during both days at the dedicated conference space. You may You may come and sign up for a free 20 min coaching session in specific time slots.

Mentored Sprints - Python

Python’s recent success can be traced back to its amazing community and ecosystem. Most of its libraries and stacks are the results of a collaborative effort between many community members on open-source projects.
Becoming a maintainer of an open-source project is a tricky path. From purely technical challenges like finding an issue to work on, interacting with git and GitHub and opening pull requests, to navigating through a project’s source and writing code and tests, the difficulties are many.
The goal of this workshop is to give guidance to people interested in contributing to open-source Python projects in order to overcome the initial steep learning curve, become more confident and open their first pull request. The workshop attendees will be able to receive 1:1 mentorship and advice to guide them through the process, starting from the very first steps all the way to becoming a member of a community project.

The development of a modern and user-friendly digital assistant,
which can search for information and assist the user in every possible way.
This assistant will allow interaction through voice commands and will
provide responses both vocally and visually, all in Greek. Such a tool can
improve our daily lives by offering immediate and efficient access to
information whenever we need it.
Goals:
● AI speech synthesis: The ability to convert text into speech using
voice models.
● Speech-to-Text: Utilizing AI to convert the user's voice into written
text, making it easier to record and process information from voice
commands.
● Text Recognition: Reading text and performing various functions
with it (creating descriptions, chatting, etc.).
● User Voice Recognition: Identifying users through their voice.
● Real-time information delivery: By using Speech-to-Text and Text
Recognition technologies, the user can ask questions and receive
answers via chat, with information sourced from the internet
