Workshop Description

Do you work in a tech-related company or role?

Have you ever thought about how tech-related spaces can become more gender responsive and thus more inclusive for women and other under-represented people?

In this workshop, we’ll explore the many tools we have at our disposal, as employees, executives, students, educators and facilitators to make this happen.

Learning Objectives:

To familiarise ourselves with tools and practices that can be applied to any working or learning organisation in order to make it more gender responsive.

Level: Basic

Target audience:

University students, teaching staff and administrative staff. Incubator facilitators and project managers. Employees and executives working in tech-related organisations or even roles.
