Norbert Kraft works in Telecom industry since 1991. He held several positions in research, development and system engineering for wide area network equipment.
Now he is a senior researcher at Nokia Bell Labs, where he is working in the areas of network data intelligence, data mining, machine learning, big data technologies and artificial intelligence. All these technologies are key factors to derive new insights for network management and to improve customer experience in public networks.

Sean McGinnis is a developer, speaker, and open source enthusiast. He has worked on infrastructure related projects for nearly two decades, with a career spanning Dell and Huawei, focusing on storage, telecommunications, and infrastructure automation. He has been a community representative on the OpenStack Foundation Board of Directors, a member of the OpenStack Technical Committee (TC), and was the Project Team Lead (PTL) for the Cinder block storage project and the Release Management Team.

Dr Maria Roussou is an Assistant Professor in Interactive Systems (Human Computer Interaction, Virtual Reality, games) at the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2003 she founded and co-directed makebelieve, an experience design and consulting company. Previously, she established (in 1998) and directed (until 2003) the Virtual Reality Department at the Foundation of the Hellenic World, where she was responsible for setting up the immersive projection-based VR exhibits and managing the research, design and development of the VR programs and related visitor experiences. She holds a PhD in Computer Science (VR/HCI) from the University of London (UCL), a Master in Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Electronic Media from the School of Art and Design, University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the same university, and an undergraduate degree in Applied Informatics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Maria is a Senior Member of the ACM, and Vice-chair of the Greek ACM SIGCHI Chapter and the Greek ACM-W Chapter.

Alexandros Ntoulas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MSc and Engineering Diploma from the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department of Patras University. In the past, Alexandros worked at Microsoft Research, Zynga, Samsung Reseach and LinkedIn, where he focused on applying and scaling Machine Learning models for applications such as Web spam detection, commercial search, social search, social gaming, Internet of Things and computational advertising. He is also the co-founder of Infocious (now Piksel). He got the best paper award in ICDE 2005, the best paper runner-up award in WWW 2009, and the best applied data science reviewer award in KDD 2017 and he currently holds 11 patents.

Alexandros Soumplis has more than 20 years experience in the IT sector. He has worked in various positions and was CTO for SNFCC during its construction phase up to the full migration of National Library Greece and Greek National Opera to the SNFCC infrastructure. He is currently leading a team of engineers responsible for the design, deployment and operation of a public cloud infrastructure for GRNET running on OpenStack. He is an active openstack community member and along with the GRNET team has invested heavily on Juju as the tool of choice for deploying and managing large scale OpenStack and Kubernetes clouds. He also has extensive experience working with automation tools and various technologies for highly available and scalable infrastructures for web services.
